Our Strength
Baddi Plant
The company had set up a state of the art facility to convert Aluminium Foils & Manufacture ROPP Caps under the name & style of Baddi Foils Pvt. Ltd. in the Hill State of Himachal Pradesh at Baddi, in the Year 2005 especially to cater the packaging requirements of pharma units located in the state of H.P. and U.K. which is operational since April 2006. BFPL’s Baddi plant is spread over an area of more than 2.00 Acre of land in the hill state of H.P. With a total coverage area of approximately 45000 sq. Feet, the plant is divided in two separate blocks one for Foil Conversion and the other for Sheet Metal Fabrication and Flip Off Seals.
Bhiwadi Plant
Bhiwadi Unit of the Company besides to caters the need of Baddi Unit & Print Man for their raw material requirements also have its own roto gravure-printing unit too having 5 Roto Gravure Printing Machines. This unit is equipped with latest Plant & Machinery consisting of 1000mm High Speed VMCH Coater & 1000mm Poly Laminator to manufacture Blister & Poly Laminated Foils respectively. This unit can manufacture more than 450MT of Blister & Pharma Foils per month. This unit also sells its products to various Pharma Foil Converters.
